Compatibility
Important: Some Garmin watches are sold in multiple case sizes, and different sizes can use different screen resolutions. Please pay attention to the exact model and size shown below – for example, Venu 4 41mm rather than simply “Venu 4”. Different variants may and most of the time will require a completely different KCD Watch file.
Equally Important: If some of the models will never get confirmed as time goes on and new versions are made, I will probably just stop supporting them and assume nobody even uses them. So – please share your feedback!
Priority Support models are the seven Garmin watches currently featured in my Recommended Watches guide. These models are prioritised when preparing and checking new KCD Watch releases. If your watch is not listed below, please see this article and discussion.

Support status:
“Supported” means a a watch build is available for that exact Garmin model. A community member still needs to confirm that the watch face is working.
“Latest Version” shows the newest KCD Watch release currently available for that model.
“Priority Support” identifies one of the seven models featured in the Recommended Watches guide and means it is prioritised during new-release preparation.
“Awaiting Confirmation” means the build has been produced for that exact model, but I am still looking for an owner of the watch to confirm operation on real hardware.
If you own one of the watches still awaiting confirmation, please leave a comment below after installing the watch face!
A simple “v1.0.1 works correctly on my Forerunner 965” is extremely useful.
If something doesn’t work, please mention which part of the watch face is misbehaving too.

V1.0.1 looks great on my Venu 2, I love it. Audentes fortuna iuvat!
I’ve got the Venu 4 45mm and it all seems to be working upon first look. It’s a bit difficult to check the buffs/debuffs and different colour states for each of the variables, but the information is all being read correctly. So I see no reason the rest of the functionality wouldn’t be working as expected. I will make another comment if anything turns up broken.

will there be download for the Fenix6 series?
I am currently testing a 260 x 260 watch face (or provided one to be tested) – and waiting to get feedback whether it is too pixelated or not. Standard Fenix 6 is the same resolution as well. The “s” versions of Fenix 6 I would say as a hard no as this one’s already pushing it. So for Fenix 6 and pro version; possibly. Failing that – a very simplified version without extra stats and buffs / debuffs – or when I get around to making a completely custom font that saves space a bit more.

It looks like that watch has a 416 x 416 watch face – so you could give one of those ago (like Venu 2 or FR265 for example) and at least the resolution should match. Unfortunately, I’m not 100% sure yet if these watches work throughout the similar resolutions or not, and I’ve been just building and compiling a “model specific .PRG” each time.
Worst case, you’ll get an “IQ!” error and it won’t work and you can still remove the watch face.
EDIT: epix Pro (Gen 2) 47mm is now supported. 🙂

I’ve just saved a Forerunner 165 Music specific version, which is accessible here: https://kcdwatch.com/jcbp/releases/v.1.0.1/forerunner-165/forerunner-165-music.prg
But I won’t put it as supported yet in case that doesn’t work or if it shares the same issues as with the normal FR165 does.

Any chance of adding support for the tactix Delta Solar (010-02357-33)? It has a 1.4″ transflective MIP display at 280 x 280 pixels, so it’s a different resolution/panel type than the tactix 8 AMOLED models currently listed.
I know it’s an older watch, but there might be others out there still running it who’d love to try the watch face. Thanks for all the work on this project!

Hi there! I am definitely putting a list together for a lite version that should be a lot more backwards compatible, but this might take a minute as there are just so many models and I’m currently working on newer features. And annoyingly, I’ve had reports that the existing ‘base features’ don’t work on some of the older ones so it’s not just the resolution that is the issue… The watch functionality may need to be stripped or changed completely. 🙁 Which is a shame, but understandable from Garmin that they would change some things and tokens over 6-7 years.
